To treat our work with the utmost of care, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered using specialist floral couriers. We are therefore unable to provide tracking information; however, we can provide delivery details upon request.
We do accept same day deliveries Monday – Friday if your order is placed by 12noon. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday deliveries can only be placed by special arrangement by calling the shop and will incur a surcharge.
Please remember to include a company name, floor or suite number and contact phone number for recipients, preferably a mobile. Due to very strict security policies that many buildings in Melbourne have implemented, oftentimes floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and must be accepted directly by the recipient or a colleague. We reserve the right to contact the recipient at anytime to ensure the safe arrival of your order.
Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement and is unsafe to leave will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery. You will be notified immediately if this is the case.
